Politique de confidentialité
This Privacy Policy explains how Adam, trading as Hanari ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit hanari.com or place an order.
We are the data controller for this information. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and interactions with our store. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: our payment processors and fraud-prevention tools may share transaction and risk information with us.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To send marketing emails, where you have consented, and which you can stop at any time
- To improve our products, website, and advertising
- To comply with our legal and accounting obligations
Legal bases (UK/EU customers)
We rely on: performance of a contract to process your order; legitimate interests to prevent fraud, secure our store, and improve our services; consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation for tax and accounting record-keeping.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with parties that help us run the store:
- Shopify Inc., our e-commerce platform
- Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal) to take payment
- Suppliers, fulfilment partners, and shipping carriers to pack and deliver your order — this includes suppliers located outside your country
- Email and analytics providers to run our communications and understand site usage
- Authorities or advisers where required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We are based in France and our suppliers and carriers operate in several countries, including outside the UK, EEA, Canada, and Australia. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for 10 years to meet French accounting and tax obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, and for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us. Support correspondence is kept for 3 years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, including for marketing
- Complain to a data protection authority
To exercise any of these, email contact@luxoriahost.com. We will respond within one month.
